I thoroughly enjoyed my stay thanks to the friendly staff, who went out of their way to offer assistance. The breakfast had a delightful selection that catered to various tastes, making each morning pleasant. The location was also ideal for catching buses to and from the airport.

I encountered several issues during my stay that dampened my experience. The shower was difficult to adjust, as it took ages for the water to warm up and would splash onto the floor while I was trying to figure it out. Additionally, the neighborhood felt a bit unsafe, especially returning late at night when the main entrance wasn't well lit, leaving me feeling uneasy as I arrived at the hotel.

the staff at this Ibis is a joke! Not only was my reservation cancelled, but I was treated like I was asking for a favor when I rebooked. Also, who doesn't have fresh coffee during breakfast? I almost gave a good review, but it's clear they just don't care about their guests, so here we are. No upgrades, just disappointment.

Enjoyed our stay with friends! The location was super convenient near the bus station. We loved exploring Vina Santa Carolina and hanging out at Los Leones Golf Club. The rooms were clean with good amenities, and the staff was really helpful. Plus, breakfast had a decent spread, making mornings easy.

One downside was the noise from the busy street. It could get a bit loud at night, so light sleepers might want to ask for a quieter room.
